ONLINE ORDERING

You may now order online using PayPal to send us payment. We cannot accept credit cards or online orders any other way! You need a PayPal account - if you don't have one go to -  www.paypal.com and set up an account. This takes just a few minutes, and is absolutely free to you. PayPal is a secure site and is completely safe. You must have a credit card or U.S. bank account to open a PayPal account. With a credit card, you can set up an account and pay for your order right away. Important: If paying by credit card, your shipping address must be the same as the billing address for your credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can link to your bank account, but it takes about 3 days for PayPal to verify your account. We are happy to take international orders online. This has been a convenient way for our foreign customers to pay for an order. For specifics on orders outside the U.S.A., please see the bottom of this page.

So...

FIRST: If you don't already have a PayPal account, go to - www.paypal.com and open one - it only takes a few minutes. All you need is a credit card or a bank account. PayPal is free, easy and safe.

SECOND: Type up your order (include your shipping address!) and e-mail it to us at orders@botanicalpreservationcorps.com and add up the total. Don't forget shipping & handling fees! California residents please remember sales tax -7.25%. You may want to wait to hear back from us to confirm that all items are in stock.

THIRD: Now use your PayPal account to send the total due. You must use orders@botanicalpreservationcorps.com as the "pay to" recipient. 

If payment is sent and an ordered item is out of stock, you will be given the choice of backorder, substitutes, credit or refund.

You will be notified when your order is shipped!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

Shipping costs are determined by weight.
(28 grams = 1 oz, 1 lb = 16 oz = 450 grams)

The weight value of books and accessories is listed in parenthesis (  ) after the price.
Tapes and CDs weigh 2.5 ounces each.

For U.S. customers, we now offer Media Mail shipping rates on books, tapes, CDs only. Media Mail takes 4 - 6 weeks to arrive but costs significantly cheaper. For fastest service use our first class rates. If you want your books, tapes, CDs shipped along with any other items, you must pay First Class rates.

First Class Mail - Up to 10 oz $4, 10 oz - 1 lb (16 oz) $6, each additional lb $2

Media Mail (U.S. only, books, tapes, CDs only!) - $4 for the first lb, $0.50 each additional lb.

Double for orders to Canada and Mexico.
Multiply by 2.5 for all other international orders.

We refund/credit excessive postage paid.

CA residents please add 7.25% sales tax, Sonoma Country residents 7.75%

How Long Will It Take For Your Order to Arrive?
Online orders paid with PayPal are usually shipped within 1–4 days of receipt. For mail-in orders, figure about 7–10 days for us to receive your order, process and package it for shipment, PLUS another 2–5 days for the Postal Service to deliver the package to you (Orders from outside the U.S. usually take 1–2 weeks longer to arrive). Payment by check may take an additional week or two as we wait for the check to clear, especially for large orders from new customers. Items shipped Media Mail can take 4–6 weeks to arrive. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please remember that we are not a large business and have very limited staff. We do our best to check our email at least once a day, Monday to Friday.
