Honey has been savored since antiquity as an unsurpassed sweetener and valuable medicine. It has many properties that provide health and nutritional benefit beyond it's delicious taste. Honey is rich in a unique combination of the sugars fructose and glucose, which provide the body with quick energy that can prevent fatigue and boost athletic performance. All of our formulations are uncooked, made with micropulverized herbs and the finest, locally produced, grade A, unprocessed & raw Sonoma County wildflower honey. 

Please note that honey naturally crystallizes and hardens, the addition of the herbs in our formulations increases this. Most of our honeys are thick and pasty but can be softened some by placing the jar in a bowl of warm water for 5 - 10 minutes.

Concocted from an old Elizabethan recipe. This delectable dark purple electuary was traditionally known as "rob." Exceptionally tasty spread on bread like jam or mixed into warm tea or milk. Made with organically grown Bulgarian Bilberries.
