For US customers our preferred online payment method is now Dwolla (www.dwolla.com). This is an excellent payment system with no hidden agendas and setting up an account is simple and quick. They do not handle credit cards, the system links to your bank account. We support this kind of exchange that does not prey on people's debt the way so many financial institutions currently do. Dwolla charges no fee for sending a payment, and the fee they charge us for receiving payments is miniscule. You can be assured that the payment you send is the amount we actually receive, unlike our previous system where a significant amount was being skimmed off our sales by a dubious corporation.

We periodically mail (and email) supplements listing new products, specials and limited supply items throughout the year. We encourage your comments and suggestions for new products. Every effort is made to handle your order rapidly, personally and efficiently. All orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service not UPS. If there should be any problem with your order, we would like to be the first to know. We are a small family run business and our personal relationship with you matters. Please note that most of our packaging and mailing material has been reused to reduce waste. We encourage all customers to reuse the packaging materials for their own needs or take it to the nearest recycling center. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Our paper catalog is printed on 100% recycled New Leaf Paper.

For U.S. customers only, we now offer Media Mail shipping rates on books, tapes, CDs only. Media Mail takes 4 - 6 weeks to arrive but costs significantly cheaper. For fastest service use our first class rates. If you want your books, tapes, CDs shipped along with any other items, you must pay First Class rates.

Shipping costs are determined by weight.
(28 grams = 1 oz, 1 lb = 16 oz = 450 grams)

The weight value of books, jars, and accessories is listed in parenthesis (  ) after the price.
Bottles with oils or resins are double the liquid volume
Tapes and CDs weigh 2.5 ounces each.

First Class Mail - Up to 10 oz $4
Priority Mail- 10 oz - 1 lb (16 oz) $6, each additional lb $2.25
(Example: 2 lbs 1 oz items in herbs ships as 3 lbs: $6+$2.25+$2.25= $10.50 postage)

Media Mail (U.S. only, books, tapes, CDs only!) - $4 for the first lb, $0.50 each additional lb

Double for orders to Canada and Mexico.
Multiply by 2.5 for all other international orders or contact us for exact pricing

We refund/credit excessive postage paid  and will bill for underpayment..

CA residents please add 7.25% sales tax, Sonoma Country residents 8.25%

Checks can take 2-4 weeks to clear, for faster service send money order or cash.
If sending cash, we recommend you wrap it well and send it Certified Mail.

How Long Will It Take For Your Order to Arrive?
Online orders paid with Dwolla are usually shipped within 1–4 days of receipt. For mail-in orders, figure about 7–10 days for us to receive your order, process and package it for shipment, PLUS another 2–5 days for the Postal Service to deliver the package to you (Orders from outside the U.S. usually take 1–2 weeks longer to arrive). Payment by check may take an additional week or two as we wait for the check to clear, especially for large orders from new customers. Items shipped Media Mail can take 4–6 weeks to arrive. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please remember that we are not a large business and have very limited staff. We do our best to check our email at least once a day, Monday to Friday.
