We periodically mail (and email) supplements listing new products, specials and limited supply items throughout the year. We encourage your comments and suggestions for new products. Every effort is made to handle your order rapidly, personally and efficiently. All orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service not UPS. If there should be any problem with your order, we would like to be the first to know. We are a small family run business and our personal relationship with you matters. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our work and the products we offer. Satisfied customers in over 50 countries agree.

Please note that most of our packaging and mailing material has been reused to reduce waste. We encourage all customers to reuse the packaging materials for their own needs or take it to the nearest recycling center. Thank you for your understanding and support.

For U.S. customers, we now offer Media Mail shipping rates on books, tapes, CDs only. Media Mail takes 4 - 6 weeks to arrive but costs significantly cheaper. For fastest service use our first class rates. If you want your books, tapes, CDs shipped along with any other items, you must pay First Class rates.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

Shipping costs are determined by weight.
(28 grams = 1 oz, 1 lb = 16 oz = 450 grams)

The weight value of books and accessories is listed in parenthesis (  ) after the price.
Tapes and CDs weigh 2.5 ounces each.

First Class Mail - Up to 10 oz $4, 10 oz - 1 lb (16 oz) $6, each additional lb $2

Media Mail (U.S. only, books, tapes, CDs only!) - $4 for the first lb, $0.50 each additional lb

Double for orders to Canada and Mexico.
Multiply by 2.5 for all other international orders.

We refund/credit excessive postage paid.

CA residents please add 7.25% sales tax, Sonoma Country residents 7.75%

Checks can take 2-4 weeks to clear, for faster service send money order or cash.
If sending cash, we recommend you wrap it well and send it Certified Mail.

Foreign customers please send international money orders in USD$, 
well wrapped U.S.$ cash, or use PayPal.

How Long Will It Take For Your Order to Arrive?
Online orders paid with PayPal are usually shipped within 1–4 days of receipt. For mail-in orders, figure about 7–10 days for us to receive your order, process and package it for shipment, PLUS another 2–5 days for the Postal Service to deliver the package to you (Orders from outside the U.S. usually take 1–2 weeks longer to arrive). Payment by check may take an additional week or two as we wait for the check to clear, especially for large orders from new customers. Items shipped Media Mail can take 4–6 weeks to arrive. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please remember that we are not a large business and have very limited staff. We do our best to check our email at least once a day, Monday to Friday.
